Integrating your AML Provider with Real Time Agent allows you to seamlessly pass customer data from Real Time Agent to your AML provider, saving you from having to manually re-enter data into your AML provider platform.
Pre-requisites:
- Your agency is already set up with a registered RTA AML partner.
- Your role in Real Time Agent is principal or administrator.
To get started, enable your agency for AML in the Real Time Agent Integration Hub.

Login to Real Time Agent in your web browser by going to https://app.realtimeagent.com.au/login.
- Navigate to 'Settings' >> 'Integrations'
Here you will be able to view all the AML providers that have partnered and integrate with Real Time Agent. In the example below, FirstAML is is the only provider integrated with Real Time Agent.
Note: Your next onboarding steps will be determined by your chosen AML partner.
PROVIDER: FirstAML and PEXA
If the label on your AML partner’s tile displays as 'CONNECT', it means the provider's authentication method is CLIENT-CREDENTIALS.
Here are the remaining steps to onboard for any AML Provider using the Client-Credentials authentication method.
- Click the 'CONNECT' button. This will send an email to you (and cc a mailing group for your AML provider)
- FirstAML: onboarding@firstaml.com
- PEXA: pexaclear-support@pexaclear.com.au
- Contact your AML Provider to get your client credentials and secret key.

For FirstAML Customers:
- Forward the email to onboarding@firstaml.com
- Provide them with clear instructions on which FirstAML office these credentials are for.
- FirstAML will email you the credentials via a secure link.

For PEXA Customers:
- Forward the email to pexaclear-support@pexaclear.com.au, which will create a PEXA support ticket.
- PEXA will generate and send the credentials to you.

For FirstAML Customers:
- Return to the original email you received when you requested to connect your AML Provider (at step 1), click on the “Link to submit credentials” button.
- Enter the credentials provided to you by your AML provider and click 'Complete Integration Setup'.
- To confirm the integration has now been setup, return to the 'Integrations' tab in Real Time Agent. It will appear as per below, 'Agency Connected'.
PROVIDER: AMLHub
If the label on your AML partner’s tile is LINK ACCOUNT, then their authentication type is TENANT-WIDE.
Here are the remaining steps to onboard for AML Providers using the authentication method of Tenant-wide'..
- Click on the 'LINK ACCOUNT' button. This will launch a login screen for your AML provider.
- Enter your login credentials.
- Once completed, confirm that the integration is successful.
PROVIDER: EasyAML and AML Assured
If the label on your AML partner’s tile is ENABLE, then their authentication method is USER TOKEN. This will require all the users who will submit CDD requests to provide their AML user credentials.
Here are the remaining steps to onboard for AML Providers using the User Token authentication method.
- Click on the ENABLE button.
- Confirm that the account is enabled. It should display as per below, 'Agency Enabled'.
- Each user in your agency will now have to login to Real Time Agent and complete the authentication process.
- Login to Real Time Agent in your web browser by going to https://app.realtimeagent.com.au/login.
- Navigate to 'My Account'.
- Navigate to the 'Integrations' tab.
- Click on the 'Link your account' button.
- Enter the individual's AML login details.
- Confirm that their integration is connected on the 'Integrations' tab as per below.
